AH is unborn,

THE SOUND OF LAUGHTER

The syllables HA HA and HEE HEE are also important in these exercises, particularly in the exercise Dance of the Warrior Laughing at Appearances. These are the sounds of laughter. Using these syllables helps bring us into the lower belly, just like a deep belly laugh. In the West, we have the aphorism “Laughter is the best medicine,” and modern scientific research4 is beginning to catalog the health benefits of laughter. Also, as our temperature rises during physical exercise, making these sounds helps expel excess heat from the body.
